NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM HEWLETT PACKARD (HP).



First,

They give you a notebook that has a faulty hard disk.


Second,

They make you wait 3 weeks for the laptop to be replaced.


Third,

When the laptop finally gets delivered, this time, apparently the motherboard is faulty.


Fourth,

Have to bring it back to the service centre. They promised to get it repaired in about three hours. Then they didnt call. And guess what? have to wait till tomorrow.


Fifth,

"Tomorrow" comes. Sorry unable to complete.


Sixth,

Call about 3 days later and says: UNABLE TO FIX. MADE THE PROBLEM WORSE. Not motherboard issue, whole CPU issue.


Seven,

Asked for refund, not approved. Directed to replacement unit centre (AGAIN)


Eight,

Did not call until a few days later. Will deliver next day. Next day comes, deliveryman does not show up.


Nine,

When you try to call the HP service support, technical care, whatever, either no one picks up, or its engaged for hours.


I know for a fact that HP is open today until 3pm. But the hotline insists they're closed. Even if I call, no one's picking up.


I repeat:

NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM HEWLETT PACKARD (HP).
